All Orders are shipped via Express delivery, USPS UPS, Royal Mail, Parcelforce DHL, EMS etc. And Shipping Fee is Free to your door step.
All returns & exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the date the package was delivered. For return/exchange, shoes must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with without any tape or marks on the shoebox. If the shoes are defective after being worn, then please contact the manufacturer to get a replacement. We can only guarantee our products are brand new, authentic and come in its original box. We will not be able to guarantee the condition of the shoebox or if the shoes have minor crease, etc.
Please submit your return request by email to sales@ugg-boot.org and we will send you the details on how to send the shoes back.
Returns and exchanges packages sending back to Suprafootwear.co.uk must be post marked within 14 days from when your request has been approved. It will take 5-10 business days to process all returns and exchanges. If the return/exchange isn't returned within the alotted time, we will not be able to process your return/exchange and will send a money request for shipping fee to ship the package back.
If you received the wrong products you may send the items back for return/exchange.
