This boot runs a full size small. I wear an 8 1/2 or 9 and in a lot of Ugg style's I often take an 8, but not in this one. It also has a hard plastic coating on the back of the "Ugg" logo in the center of the strap which digs into the top of the foot. This boot also lacks the much expected comfort of Ugg's.
